Beginning in 2012 Pamela transitioned to the External Affairs division to work collaboratively with the VP of External Affairs, Philanthropy and Marketing. Pamela Huntley was named Executive Director of The Megan House Foundation on July 1, 2019, after serving in the role on an interim basis since January of the same year. She first became involved with the organization by attending their annual Gala, a fundraising event which raises funds to help with the program and services provided to the residents of Megan’s House and Erin’s house. She served on the board of Directors for over two years until accepting her current role.

Growing up in the Lower Highlands of Lowell, Shaun understands the choices and challenges facing youth of today. Shaun was a member of the Lowell YMCA, Greater Lowell Boys and Girls Club, and an active member in area CYO. Shawnda Chapman Brown works as a Research and Data Strategist for the Ladies of Hope Ministries, Hope House NYC and the Parole and Probation Accountability Project (PPAC). Previously as a research analyst at the CUNY Institute for State and Local Governance, Shawnda supported research on the Equality Indicators project, which measures and tracks changes in inequality in NYC. The Mary DeVeau House relies on donations from generous individuals and foundations.

As is the case with many families, Paul has witnessed the devastating effects of the opioid crisis within his own family. In his nine years at AMD Dan managed AMD’s worldwide sales efforts which included a direct sales force and a global network of over 40 resale partners. Since joining AMD the company’s footprint expanded into 98 countries including several nationwide deployments. Under Dan’s guidance AMD saw increased penetration into the traditional clinical telemedicine Sober house in Mattapan markets as well as significant entry points into the emerging retail pharmacy,concierge, medical tourism, EMS, and skilled nursing markets. The common theme throughout Dan’s 33-year business career has been one of driving growth for technology based, telecommunications related companies with high value product propositions. Danielle Murphy Coimbra was born and raised in Lowell, MA where she currently resides with her mother, son and golden retriever Winston. She has been volunteering for charitable organizations from an early age and has focused on the youth in her community as well as her prior residence in North Conway, New Hampshire. Zack’s Team believes that recovery is possible and has been able to offer treatment and sober living scholarships to hundreds of young adults in the Merrimack Valley, who would otherwise have no access to treatment options. We strive to create a mutual respect and accountability culture where residents can feel comfortable and secure in their journey toward lasting recovery. Emma’s House is named in memory of a Megan’s House graduate who lost her battle with substance use disorder in 2016. At that time, the Foundation had not opened Erin’s House and she was unable to find sober housing. Emma’s story exemplifies the need for safe, sober, and affordable housing for women. Transitional housing is temporary housing for the working homeless population and is set up to transition their residents to permanent housing. Avenues NYC is not an addiction treatment, rehabilitation, medical or health services organization. The services and facilities provided by Avenues NYC (collectively, “Services”) do not include, comprise or involve any form of medical advice, oversight, diagnosis, care or treatment.

In 2011, Steven was elected to the American Telemedicine Association College of Fellows. In 2012 Shaun and his wife Teri founded RAD Racing, a program to help youth in Lowell learn respect, work ethic, and mechanical skills by building, designing, and racing 1/24 slot cars. All participants must build, design, and race a car completely by themselves. Shaun gives credit to the YMCA, and Boys and Girls Club for passing these skills on to him as a youth and feels that nurturing young minds in a world of skill and competitive activities is greatly missed today.

Soon after being sworn into office, Robert worked with local and state leaders to kickoff Opiate Abuse Prevention & Awareness Programs throughout the Lowell Public Schools. Robert has served on the Lowell Taxi & Livery Commission, Immigration Assistance Commission, Lowell Youth Development Collaborative, Lowell Telecommunications Corporation Board of Directors. Shaun is very active in the community, also serving https://ecosoberhouse.com/ as a Board member for the Latinx Community Center for Empowerment, as well as organizing and advocating for many community based efforts. He was also a long-time Board Member of the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association. Prior to Masshire, Shaun was the Director of the Working Cities Lowell Initiative which is funded through the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Working Cities Challenge grant program.

Before joining Sarah Cannon, she was the Northeast Registry Supervisor for Client Services for Elekta as a Cancer Registry services team member. A lifelong Lowell resident, Cheryl Sheridan, is the Director of Oncology Data & Accreditation at Sarah Cannon, the Cancer Institute of HCA Healthcare. She is responsible for the oncology data management, accreditation, and registry operations across all 178 of their locations nationwide. Lorraine’s House gives women the chance to ease back into their everyday lives.

Our team takes tremendous pride in the state-of-art philosophy that supports recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. Hope House NYC was created by Topeka K. Sam and Vanee Sykes, both formerly incarcerated women who met while in Danbury Federal Prison in 2013. Hope House NYC is for single women who have experienced incarceration and are returning to New York City. Housing is available to women for up to one year as they readjust to seeing their families, being in their communities, healing themselves and seeking employment and educational opportunities. At the conclusion of the year, our plan is for women to move into permanent housing, while retaining their connection to Hope House NYC for support. The DeVeau House is a communal living environment that supports 10 women who are highly motivated to maintain their recovery.
